Who's guilty?

The other day the teacher told us a story and she asked: who's the guiltiest?
The story was about a girl who got pregnant and what people close to her did. There were many disagreements in class, so here I am, trying to explain my point of view.

It seems to me that the girl was a victim, although she was guilty of her own acts. Because of this, the guiltiest is the guy, her boyfriend. He left her alone, avoiding what happened. That was just cruel.
Second place goes to the doctor, because... he is a doctor!, and he didn't help her. If you are a doctor is your job to help in these cases, right? Besides, being a friend of the family...
Thirdly, the nurse. I have to say that she was the only one who tried to help the girl, but she made such a big mistake.
After the nurse, the girl is who continues the list. She was guilty and she didn't do the right thing, but she was desperate and there was no one by her side.
Now is teacher's turn. She didn't try to help the girl but it doesn't make her guilty. She wasn't kind, that's all.
Finally, the parents are the last of the list. They are not guilty, they couldn't help her or do anything because they didn't know what was happening.

After all, each of us has our own way of thinking and draw conclusions. So, I have a simple question for you: in your opinion, who's the guiltiest?
